A table worth discovering

Trained in Lyon and having worked in several Michelin-starred houses, Léo Marchand chose to return to his roots: cooking what the lake and Alpine pastures produce, at the peak of their ripeness. His cold-smoked lake féra, wild herb-crusted sweetbreads, and Génépi soufflé have become the signatures of an address that discerning diners share only in whispers.
