The Art of the First Glass
Everything begins with a gesture. The door opens, and before the evening takes shape, there is that first glass. Champagne or signature cocktail, depending on the mood of the night — this choice is anything but trivial. At OWNYTE, it encapsulates our entire philosophy.
The pre-evening as an art de vivre
Most evenings begin in a restaurant, staring at a menu you haven't had time to read. Ours begins at your home, in your own space, at the moment when the day recedes. We arrive at 7 PM for a precise reason: it is the hour when people still want to talk, but have begun to want to be surprised.
The canapés are designed to anticipate the dinner that follows. If the partner chef is working with truffle that evening, we prepare for it. If the register leans toward the sea and brine, we adjust. The pre-evening is not a preamble — it is the opening act.
"Luxury is the absence of vulgarity." — Coco Chanel
The OWNYTE signature cocktail
Each season, we work with a mixologist to compose a cocktail that embodies the OWNYTE spirit. This spring, it is an assembly of alpine gin, elderflower, and a hint of yuzu — fresh, lightly floral, with that lingering finish that invites conversation.
It is not about seduction. It is about setting the tone. The pre-evening creates the state of mind in which you will experience the hours ahead. It may be the most important gesture of the entire night.
An OWNYTE evening awaits you.
